Finally! I think I have purchased just about every type of bread lame they make and none have ever been quite right. This one cuts beautifully , feels sturdy and doesn’t rust! Very happy with this . I am not sure if the blade will dull over time but if it does I will just buy another one

I own too many bread, knives. It’s a problem. I keep looking for the best, which I think is a Pipe dream. Anyway, this had a design I’ve never seen before with multiple solution types all in one knife. It is very sharp, but the true test is how long will this last until it becomes irritating to use. And with the price, I’m not too worried about it as you can get another one quite simply. The negatives are the light handle and needing to be set in the handle another half inch. The positives are the multiple serrations, cost, Ability to use it across different textures and food items, size, and Comfort. I can’t wait to try it out on a brisket and some different styles of bread. Vegetables and soft bread were raging success.

I don't know if this helps anyone, but I make sourdough bread. It normally is very crispy, and needs a pretty sharp knife to cut it. I have tried at least four knives before this one. None of them were Sharp enough or long enough. This knife is cheap, sharp, easy to handle, and long. It is also extremely versatile. Other than slicing bread, it also made a great knife for slicing vegetables. The only thing to watch out for is that The knife is a little thin, so if you are cutting a very hard surface, it can bend. However, for most practical everyday uses, it's a fantastic knife.

To be so cheap, it really works well. Bought to cut my sourdough bread because I didn’t want to spend $20-$50 on a knife just for bread, yanno? If you’ve made sourdough, you know you need a chainsaw to get into those loaves. This works pretty well! Sometimes I still gotta use some elbow grease, but I’m happy with it!

Easy to score bread with this at first when I saw it was plastic. I was ready to return it but as soon as I tried it, I instantly loved it.

I bought this sourdough scoring tool because it seemed like a safer option than handling a loose razor blade. Unfortunately, the blade cover design feels unsafe. There is an opening at the bottom that allows the blade to be exposed before the cover is fully removed. I have now cut my finger twice while simply trying to take the cover off. A safety cover should fully enclose the blade to help prevent injuries. I hope the design is reconsidered for future versions.

My daughters introduced me to "sour dough bread" craze. So I had to have te gadgets! Oldest daughter recommended this knife and I am very happy with it. Its comfortable handle and sharp serrated blade make slicing all kinds of bread easy and quick. "You can't beat the price", says my husband. And I say it's pretty!

It has a thin blade that feels a bit flimsy compared to a standard bread knife, but that makes it slice through loaves and tomatoes easily. Well worth the cost.
