You can spend $20 on just a water bladder. Or you can get this and it has a great 2 L water bladder (which is plenty, unless you're going across the desert) and a very good little day pack. My backpack arrived fast and exceeded my expectations. The first night I filled it up and 'hiked' around my house looking for stuff to put in it as just a day hike pack. I had so much fun putting in 2 thermal blankets, rain poncho, emergency bivy sack, scissors, lighter, small bear spray, personal alarm, 4 lunchbox size granola snack bags, and 2 Snickers. Zipped it all up with room to spare and now I feel like I've got an awesome little water bladder day pack that has me prepared, just in case something goes wrong. It's comfy and really well made and the perfect size for a day pack. Room to spare. When I'm using my big Kelty backpack for several days I'll just pull the water bladder from this and pop it in there. I saw one review that acted like it was hard to bite the water outlet or hard to screw the hose into the bag. I experienced zero problems and no leaks, but it's still brand new to me. Either way, I'm super happy with mine.

Perfect for Spartan Runs – Lightweight, Functional, and Fits Great! This water backpack has been an awesome addition to my gear! I’ve been meaning to get one for a while now, especially for my Spartan Runs, and this one checks all the boxes. Not only does it hold enough water to keep me hydrated, but it also has just the right amount of space for my phone, keys, and wallet—without feeling bulky. It’s super lightweight and adjustable. For reference, I’m 5'0" and it fits me perfectly, which can be hard to find with some packs. I've already recommended it a few times to fellow Spartan runners, and I’ll keep doing so. AROO AROO AROO!

I’m an avid runner running about 30 miles a week and this backpack has been a must for my runs. The bag itself is really comfortable and lightweight, it’s been great for keeping my water cool for long periods of time as well. The only downside to the bag was the bladder, it lasted me about 3 months till it started leaking through a tiny hole in the middle of the bladder, gonna temporarily fix it but besides the leak I would still give the bag a 3.6/5.

I’ve used this item for hiking and biking. If you make sure it’s locked correctly it will not leak. It holds up to 32 ounces and is light. It’s a great value and the quality is good and also easy to clean. Plan on getting some for my grandsons.

Came as described and frankly just as good as a camelback but much cheaper. I love the wide mouth that screws in and out because I like to load up on ice. The extra pocket is great for wipes. dog treat and poop bags. You can also add stuff to the bladder pocket as long as your careful yo not put anything sharp in with it. The straps fit me perfectly and the cross strap fits above the boobs which for females is important for obvious reasons. So far I’m happy with it.

I ordered this “new” backpack and the water pouch has clearly been used. I didn’t open to look inside the pouch until a couple of months after I purchased this item. The backpack looked clean initially, but after opening I found sand/ dirt on the inside as well as some liquid in the pouch.

It even had a comfy pouch for my Labubu!!!

REALLY like this pack...great quality materials and comfortable to wear but it's SMALL. I bought it for use as a day pack for hiking but it's so small, really all you can fit in it when the water bladder is full is a set of car keys, your wallet, and maybe your cell phone! It's great as a hydration pack only with room for small items but not a great choice for a day pack for hiking...just too small!
