Perfect to keep my strawberry patch safe from the squirrels and birds!

I got this bird netting to keep the birds out of my strawberry patch and it was successful in doing that. It looked like a good product. It was lightweight and sturdy and would not rip apart. I was pleased with the amount for the price and it also included some fabric staples to secure the netting. I was happy that the squares were large enough to allow pollinators to enter through the net as well as natural sunlight. The reason that I took off the stars is because I had a chipmunk who got tangled into the net so badly that it needed to be put down. Don't get me wrong, one less chipmunk whom I'm sure did plenty of damage to my gardens should be a good thing, but I certainly didn't wish the pain and suffering it went through because of the netting. I am no longer using the netting for the gardens but am looking to use it for a craft project since I don't even want it in a landfill. I hope to use it as a base for making woven rugs. As I mentioned before, the netting is sturdy. Hopefully something good can come from this tragedy.

Excellent size for a net allowing my vines to grow on my wrought iron fence in the backyard. Easy to install using the 8-inch zipties that came with the product plus the stakes. These stakes are the same items used for a drip irrigation system. Works wonderfully!!!
