I purchased this carpet and upholstery cleaner after thorough research and reading numerous reviews, and I’m very pleased with my decision. It cleans carpets effectively and did a great job on my sofa too. That said, I found the spot-cleaning head better suited to surfaces like stairs rather than the curved surfaces of furniture. Despite this, it still managed to refresh my sofa, which now looks and smells much cleaner. You could potentially use it to clean car upholstery - and I certainly plan to try - but I am going to look to purchase a narrower head if I can. The cleaner is somewhat heavy but remains easy to manoeuvre around the house. The long hose made cleaning our staircase straightforward, and the electric cord is a good length, allowing me to move around a room without needing an extension cable. The kit includes a small bottle of detergent, but I recommend purchasing a larger bottle if you plan to do extensive cleaning. Our carpets took a full 24 hours to dry completely. I plan to re-clean during the warmer summer months when drying will be quicker. I was quite shocked by the colour of the water extracted - it really showed how much unseen dirt was trapped in the carpets! Overall, this cleaner is a solid choice for deep cleaning carpets and upholstery. Just be prepared for the drying time, which can vary depending on carpet thickness, humidity, and ventilation, and consider the weight when moving the machine around. Its cleaning power and ease of use make it a worthwhile investment for maintaining a fresh home environment. Finally, it is fairly noisy so I recommend wearing earphones to help reduce the noise especially if you're planning to use it for an extended period of time.

This carpet and upholstery cleaner is amazing! It’s very easy to put together, the instructions for use are simple and I found it’s not very messy once you’ve finished. It cleans aswell as any professional clean and the hand held tool also cleans the upholstery so well it looks brand new! I’d highly recommend this product. It’s less cost then getting someone in, it’s easy to store and you can just get it out and fill the tank as much or as little as you want depending on what you want to clean.

Really easy to put together, does the job to a professional standard! - by far the best carpet cleaner iv had and one of the cheaper ones! Many of the reviews state that the cleaner is “very heavy” - the item is on the bulkier side … but that’s to be expected given the size of the water tanks (meaning fewer refills and emptying!) I don’t particularly find it too heavy but for those that do… remove both of your water tanks and carry just the cleaner itself either up/down the stairs/to your preferred room… nip back, grab your tanks … voila 🤗 Also, no judgment to the reviews… but please, PLEASE do not empty your dirty water down your sinks! This is just going to cause problems for you in future (blockages, odours etc) - flush it! 🤗 Overall this is a great item, I completed 3 rooms and my hallway in under an hour on the deep clean setting, all was dry in around 40 mins and no nasty smells were lingering - highly recommend ☺️ Update! Still going strong 4 months in .. using this once a week to do the whole house! Took out my accessories today to have a go at doing my sofa.. found that I’d been sent the wrong ones … be mindful to check all extra parts fit once you receive this item just in case you go over your return date
