No fluid in jar at all. Packed with flavor but seems dry. Not sure how long it will keep but couldn’t find this item at even our high end butcher market.

Okay, to be honest, I think these garlics taste awful and can’t get myself to actually chew them. BUT, I know these are so healthy that I cut them up and swallow them like pills. I still give them a 5 star overall for quality and glad that I don’t reek of garlic while getting the health benefits! I have ordered a couple of times and shipping fast and wrapped great so no problems.

Beautiful alternative to regular garlic - more subtle flavor. Arrived nicely packaged in bubble wrapped glass jar. Use in any recipe calling for regular garlic as 1 on 1 substitute. Think of it as the Kimchi of garlic. Highly recommended!

I love black garlic. This brand was terrible. The taste was off, consistency wet and breaking down. I unfortunately bought two jars and threw both away.

Black garlic is always spendy, but this was great as its already peeled and ready to go. Made great black garlic aioli for or cheese burgers.

This product arrived with a broken seal but it still seemed "fine" and I didn't have time to return/replace. Maybe the jar just had gotten banged around. I used this garlic anyway and it was fine as far as I know!

These are okay, but I think a bit overpriced. Very expensive for what they are. Yep, you can put them in salads and all kinds of things and get the wonderful benefits of garlic, without the overpowering taste of raw garlic, but for the price, I'd rather just roast some garlic and use it. The taste is okay, but I wouldn't say I just love the taste. I don't even know how to describe it. It's kind of a sweet taste, not really like garlic. I did some research to see how one could make black garlic yourself. It is very easy, but the process does take a very long time, so I guess that's why it's priced so high. However, it is just garlic, and garlic is easy to grow, easy to purchase, just seems like a lot of money for garlic.
