does the trick and well. I hooked up this to my rain barrel to water a small newly planted bed. I knew there would be limited range and pressure. the next day I was sure it was a dud so checked and the rain barrel is empty so it just quietly and slowly drips water. Once I repositioned the hose, all worked well

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this hose for my raised garden after getting frustrated with trying to manuver my traditional soaker hose around new plants. This hose is very easy to circle a plant or lay along a row of carrots. I plan to replace my old hoses next year with these flat hoses. I did use landscaping staples to keep the hose in place as it does try to move a bit when it fills with water. Looking forward to draining and storing them in a bin over the winter rather than trying to find a place to hang them.

I really like these soaker hoses. They are light weight enough to lay over some of the shrubs, and they are the right color to make them hardly visible. They are on a timer, and 20 minutes , twice per day gives off just enough water to keep my flower beds happy! The one thing that I noticed tho, that, even with a pressure regulator, they start getting small holes, near the faucet, that spray water instead of just sweating water. This happens at the seam of the hose, so water is wasted.

I had to return similar hoses purchased at Lowe's because of leakage. Bad leakage, not slow, even leakage. These are much better. They're holding up well in the Texas sun.

Do not purchase this hose!!!! It will only work for a week or so before water starts overshooting out of the top and bottom only. The center of the hose will get no water, and your plants will die. I reported this to the company and they said they were so sorry and sent me a replacement. They told me I did not need to return the old, damaged hose. I was thankful for that because.. well.. it was covered in dirt and mud and water? Well I tossed the old hose and used the new one until it stopped working as well. I then received an email saying that if I did not return the old, thrown away hose, I would be charged for a new replacement hose. I had an entire phone conversation with a representative who reassured me that wouldn’t be a problem. Now I am out the money 2x and still don’t have a working hose. Don’t make the same mistake as me!

The soaker hose does exactly what I need it to! It is easy to connect and very light, so it's easy to position. I only should have paid more attention to how long of a hose I really needed, because I have some area where the hose is "left over" and watering something that doesn't really need it. The other option I've tried is just doubling up the hose where it is needed. That seems to work okay, but I have to watch out for it to get a kink in it, in that case. But my issue was in what I chose and how I set it up, not the hose itself... It does a fantastic job and has kept my hydrangeas and also a small vegetable patch well-watered!

I bought this hose for watering a newly planted tree. The landscaper recommended just soaking near the base with a traditional (non-soaker) hose for the first three months, then moving to a soaker hose to encourage the roots outward. This soaker hose only lasted about 8-9 months before gradually springing prominent leaks near where it connects to the traditional hose. This led to very little water reaching the end of the soaker hose and the area near the leaks getting flooded. There are green collars marked "hose repair" at each end, which are easily removed but the hose underneath is anchored so tightly (maybe glued?) that it is impossible to remove in order to fix by cutting the hose and removing the part that has sprung the leak. I'm going to try another brand.

I purchased two of these a couple years ago and it is amazing how much water they save. The hoses are made of a tough nylon material and hold up to the elements very well. They are easily snaked around plants so the whole garden gets water where it is needed and not where it is wasted. I bought more this year to put in my flower beds.

This hose works exceptionally in our strawberry patch and in hard to access flower beds where we need a drip system for slow watering. Lay them down in the spring and put them away for the winter. Very easy to use. Would highly recommend

I got this to set up on a timer in my greenhouse - I wanted something that would slow drip - there are some parts of the hose that it streams out quite fast so the watering is uneven where you lay the hose

Barely works, sprays out of one section like a sprinkler and next to nothing out of other areas. Absolute garbage. Going straight into the garbage, not even worth trying to return it. Don't waste your money!!

Works for a while and then starts springing large leaks in the hose, flooding areas.
