Boone is a boutique fitness studio located in Montclair, that can offer you a complete and comprehensive workout regimen for increased strength, balance and flexibility. We are guided by the philosophy that it takes more than just one 'thing'; or type of excercise to get you in the shape you dream of. We take the best from Yoga, Barre, TRX, Cardio Dance and Pilates and offer it to you in an accessible and fun formatt. We strive to make you feel comfortabe in our personable approach and intimate class setting where we never have more than 15 people per studio. We offer classes 70° F to 90° F. Our philosophy is that each practice maybe enhanced by certain climate and each person has a different tolerance. Our warmer classes are comfortably warm, and seasonal. They help you burn fat, and work through tight muscles. The goal is to deepen your experience and not hinder it, all the while gaining strength, balance and flexibility.
