instructions for pairing keyboard and receiver are not clear?

Unplug the USB receiver，keyboard reinstall a new battery. 2.Plug the USB receiver to the USB port（Try different USB port），keep the keyboard and USB receiver distance within 20cm, Press ""Esc + K"" keep 10S right away, then the keyboard light will flash, it is successfully re-paired. 3. IMPORTANT NOTE：after you Plug the USB receiver to the USB port, you must re-pairing right away, or will re-pair failure. If the mouse can not connected, reinstall a new battery, plug the USB receiver to the USB port（Try different USB port） Keep press "right button + scroll wheel" for 5S to reconnect.

How quick does the mouse and keyboard wake back up after entering sleep? If I just start typing, is the 1st key that wakes it up going to be sent?

Hello friend, Thanks for your question, to be precise there have two sleep mode, light sleep mode (when you stop use them more than 1 min) mode and deep sleep mode (when you stop use them more than 30 mins). When the keyboard and mouse in light sleep mode, you can wake them up right away when you click any key, the 1st key will be sent. When they in deep sleep mode, the 1st key only wake them up and will not be sent.

I am having issues with this product. Does anyone have sellers email address or know where to find it?

If you purchased it from Amazon then return it. I have not experienced any problems so I would return it for the sane product.

Does the keyboard's "10 second autosleep" mean you have to push a key to activate it before it begins capturing new input? Do you have to wake it?

Great keyboard. I like the spring action of the keys. It is ncie to not be connected by a wire. It would be nice if it had a light that comes on for the Caps lock or numbers lock though.

Not very well designed and very poor materials. The bottom is hollowed out you can see the buttons from the under side. The plastic feels like it would break pretty easily and not very durable and the keyboard is very large and bulky. You get what you pay for
