This is the best tasting spaghetti for shirataki, I find it tastes just like adding top Roman to your dish. Best part is the low carb amount. Other brands are far more rubbery and have an odd texture. These add that needed pasta to any dish.

If you're cutting back on carbs this is a great product. You can use it just like regular spaghetti. It has a more noodle like texture to it as Ramen, but it makes great spaghetti and meat balls, any alfredo, even just plain butter and garlic. Being gluten free and vegan is a great perk as well. The only slight negative thing i could say is that the price could be a little lower. Just heat and serve!

A very easy-to-use product that has the feeling of spaghetti without the carbs Reminds me of tofu in that it has no flavor but takes on the taste of the dish it's in. I added it to a tuna salad - made it quite filling & strong taste of tuna took over. Just rinsed it a few times and then let it dry out a bit-not to add water to salad. Strands are very long and thin.

I’ve tried other brands to sub spaghetti with when on keto and this brand is the only one I like. They are hard to find in grocery stores, so I am super glad to find these on Amazon and for a great price!!

Great for a keto diet- a good sub for real pasta.

Had it tonight for the first time from a local supermarket. Gotta say it was the closest yet. A little chewy (think al dente) and a little tasteless but really good with my own sauce, seasonings, vegetables and cheese. I'll definitely buy this again.Hearts of palm is too...... vegetable tasting. But this is better.
