I have to take this, but...
I have to take this because my IBS has convinced me to try anything that isn't known to be harmful/risky. However, just know that there is no scientific evidence that it works. In other words, Berberine's effectiveness or ineffectiveness with me is not the same as its average effectiveness or ineffectiveness in a study of 5,000 patients. But as far as I know, that study does not exist.

Don’t Trust Quality
Received these capsules two weeks ago and one week after taking them consistently I noticed my face started swelling, skin was looking blotchy and tired and began to break out. I was also feeling like I had no energy and sleeping much earlier and waking up later still feeling tired. I stopped taking everything I was taking to see if swelling went down and energy came back and it did within 3 days. I decided to add one supplement back at a time and started with the Bernerine. This is my face before and after, just three days taking the Berber once again. Something is definitely off with this supplement. I’m noticing the swelling and breakouts again as well as feelings of lethargy. I do not recommend this brand and will be long more research for a more reliable and safe option.
