Safe and fun.

Good for moving infants
My sone loves noise and this was perfect!!!

Dissapointing
A waste of money. When I received it the pkging was smashed in one side. This was supposed to be a birthday gift so I put batteries in and it did not work. Thank goodness I didn't give it to the birthday girl.
