Light intensity is too low I really loved this light and all the settings i used for 3 days then i had to return just because the intensity of the light is too law…

Iwill start with, this neon strip dosent support alexa or google voice assistance. The box recieved is also different. But you get what you paid for. In this amount you wont get smart voice controlled neon lights. The actual smart ones will cost around 5k inr for 5 meters. The lights are of good quality and color production and richness is also good. The mic sensitivity could have been better. The adapter supplied is a disaster, its of very low quality and can go bad any minute, hence I purchased another decent adapter of 12v 3 Amps from ERD and threw the adapter that came in the package, its not worth to risk your setup or household electronics for this cheap adapter. I was returning the product due to lack of smart features, but then in this budget nothing was available which was smart and neon. My verdict, go for it, of you are ready to buy another ac adapter cause the supplied one in the box is a recipie for electrical hazard. Also if you are ok, with the light strip not being smart. Box dosent contain any mounting clips or double sided tape. Rating is three, because of bad quality adapter and wrong advertisement of it being smart neon lights.

I ordered 2 RGB neon light but adapter is not connecting and working and the plug of adapter is not good also but one light run for some time if the light is working then it looking too good I just ordered replacement let's see what will come and last they have to improve adapter because in this price one more brand is giving and her product is too good but unfortunately due to our stock that why I am trying from this company and I expected that it will come too good but due to adapter I am disappointed After exchanging it comes good
