I like the material, the durability, size and there was no yucky smell. I found it super easy to blow up, took me less than a minute and it came with extra plugs which is nice. I like that it's black and now I can start doing the ab exercises that were too hard for me without some support. It's comfortable and cushy and I also like using it as a neck pillow when I'm laying on the floor doing stretches on my half foam roller and whatnot. So glad I snatched this up on sale.

It comes folded up, has several plugs for the ball (there's only one opening), and an Inflation Straw. Remove the Plug in the Ball, Insert the Inflation Straw, Blow up the Ball as desired and needed, cover the straw with a finger when removed from the mouth, or cover the opening in the Ball with a finger once straw is removed, have the Plug ready when the Straw is removed from the Ball, and insert Plug into Ball. It worked fine for me. I was told to buy a Ball or use roll up towels, the Ball is easily preferable. I put the Ball between my legs and squeeze somewhat, hold for 3 seconds, release enough to take the force off the Ball but not enough to let it drop to the floor, and repeat for the the specified Repetitions. I am happy with the Product, it works as advertised, seems durable, and suits my needs fully.

This small fit ball is adorable for one - love the color. It is a little tricky to blow it up and maintain the air pressure in it as you close it off - you have to be super quick and nimble, because it begins to deflate really quickly immediately; however, I wanted mine slightly deflated because I use mine in my Pilates practice to squeeze and release and need a little flex to it ... so it works perfectly .... but if someone wants a super tight/taut ball, they might be disappointed.

This exercise ball is great for at home Pilates! I was looking for a ball that is much smaller and lighter when it comes to doing strength training. It was easy to pump up and fast. My only main concern is that it deflated very quickly and I had to always re-pump it back up every week.

My previous Theraband Mini Ball met an untimely end thanks to my dog, which led me to try this alternative. I actually prefer this new brand significantly. The ball's superior, smoother texture offers a much more supportive experience, particularly during core workouts. Very durable.

Hard to inflate, and keeps deflating so has to be inflated daily. I do not recommend. Find one with a better closure.

I have an Urbnfit 65 cm ball & enjoy using it. I started going to Physical Therapy and needed an "at home" ball for some exercises- recommended by my PT & this little ball works just as expected. I used the pump from my previous purchase of the larger ball & it was easy to inflate/ stays inflated. I like that it comes with an exercise poster & extra plugs. You can also register your product on the Urbnfit website, for a warranty.

So far this has worked for what I need but I tend to have to pump it up each time I use it. I can’t get it to keep air in all the time. It doesn’t completely deflate between uses but it get a little flatter than what I would like. It is good quality but has that flaw.

I bought this as I have been injured for a year and a half. I needed to do some strength exercises. I use this ball to do single leg glute bridges to help strengthen my flutes. You may think as it’s a soft ball what use can it be. I can assure you it’s a main bit of my kit now. I use it a lot. I’m training for the Chicago marathon in October and I’m also doing the GNR next week. Not sure I’m fit enough for either has my training fell short due to the injury and rehab training. But I can tell you my injury is a hell of a lot better and just ran 18 miles yesterday. Great for rehab or none rehab training. I will continue to use this ball.
