My skin is dry to normal. I have been using this for quite a while now, and i am very happy with it. My skin looks my hydrated and nourished than before using this. I looked into this brand and found that Augustinus Bader is a world recognized biomedical scientist. With decades of research in regenerative medicine and stem cell technology. He developed the tfc8 formula that he uses in his skin care line. A blend of 40 ingredients like natural amino acids, peptides and vitamins. The goal is to optimize skin cell communication and enhance the skin's innate ability to repair itself. There are peers reviewed studies on the website, but take that with a grain of salt since its funded by the company. But i am happy with my results I do think this is overpriced.

I've been using this cream for about three weeks now and unfortunately; I don't see a difference in my skin compared to my previous budget routine. I had high hopes given the premium price tag on this product. The product comes in a tall pump container that contains 1 ounce. The cream applies evenly and absorbs nicely into my skin. As I said, I don't feel or see any difference to my skin. I have a few light wrinkles around my lip and eye area, no change there. My pores are just as visible as when I started. I don't have any dark spots so I can't speak to that. For the price point, I would expect something to be very effective. As with all skincare, it certainly isn't one size fits all so maybe this would work for a different skin type, but it is not for me.

Late 40’s man here with often oily skin. Female friend suggested this Bader stuff. I’m on month 5 using it and it feels good. Needs just one pump for me for the whole face, I do have a beard tho. Even when I wash my face with soap, it doesn’t feel like it’s drying out. Also not using any other products but this. Seems like a great all in one solution and I don’t like spending more time in the bathroom than needed. Dislike the design of the product but the F does my fave care. ;)

Short and sweet: This works for me, and I promised myself I would never get duped by another expensive cream again. It is lightweight, absorbs immediately and hydrates. My skin feels better and it LOOKS better. I believe in Augustinus Bader products and I have been around the block! Not short and sweet: At the risk of repeating myself, I suppose everyone knows by now that Augustinus Bader uses their own proprietary blend - TFC8® which includes "40 natural amino acids, high-grade vitamins, and synthesized molecules". I have now used three different Augustinus Bader products for over a month. I am very happy with the results. My skin is softer, has a different texture and more importantly to me it appears FIRMER. I did my best to research every ingredient I could find (because I'm weird like that) and wanted science-backed ingredients that would give me the satisfaction of saying "my skin looks better". This product includes ogliopeptide-177 (my personal favorite) - a signaling peptide. It is a "tissue protective" and "the main part of the patented Trigger Factor Complex (TFC)". Oglioepeptide-177 is a modified sequence of erythropoietin (EPO) that comes from a part of the EPO molecule. An erythropoietin functions like a hormone, or a growth factor (example: EGF). It helps with the structural integrity of our skin tissue - the scaffold that holds it together. We lose that structural integrity as we age and this is a FIRMING peptide. That's why it is my favorite! I am more concerned about sagging and the lack of elasticity in my skin than I am wrinkles. Palmytol tripeptide-8 is another ingredient found in all Augustinus Bader products which contains amino acids; arginine, histidine, and phenylalanine, combined with palmitic acid (a fatty acid), but as I've mentioned before about THE RETINOL SERUM, TFC8® also includes oleic acid and linoleic acid (additional fatty acids), lysine and glycine (additional amino acids) all found in our skin naturally. It's compatible with our skin which means it can penetrate our skin. This combination of ingredients may provide benefits such as promoting collagen production and improving elasticity (and this is what I'm looking for)! I have also said, I would rather buy one product that does everything then 500 others that end up unused in my makeup drawer.

I purchased this cream after hearing a lot of hype about the Augustus Bader TFC8 technology, specifically looking for a light moisturizer that could manage my combination skin without drying it out. Performance (5/5 Stars): This cream is incredibly light, like a whipped serum, and it absorbs instantly without any residue. It provides a deep, refreshing level of hydration that lasts all day. It feels wonderful and luxurious on the skin. If rating on performance alone, this is easily a 5-star product. Value (3/5 Stars): Here is where I must dock a couple stars. While The Light Cream is as advertised, the results, while great, are not so exceptional that they entirely justify the extremely high price point. It performs marginally better than some other competitors, which cost less. I cannot look at the cost and say it offers excellent value. It is a genuine luxury splurge. Conclusion: If budget is genuinely no concern, buy this. If you are looking for the absolute best performance regardless of cost, this is it. However, for me it is a splurge I would not make again in the future. It feels good and works well, but the value proposition is missing.

Great price here vs direct. More like a serum, but good.

Having used this brand before was a bit suspicious of such a good price but I can confirm it's the real deal. Great cream
