These work!
I take four of them even though the directions call for one. I know they work because they give me very light gas, just like broccoli and cabbage does. So they have the ingredients in them they claim. Easy to swallow too. I keep buying it. I hate veggies! This makes me feel better about getting some in my diet.

Goodbye PMS
This is an excellent product. Took it for 3 months and it took away very bad PMS. Experimented and didn't take it for a month, and the PMS came back. Very good blend. No side effects.
