Very strong gluten flour. Flavourful and fresh. For health though Bobs Red Mill organic whole wheat is wiser.

Expensive but worth it
Loved this All Purpose Flour. Whether used for bread or cake, this flour gets great end results. Mixed a bit of this with either Whole Grain flour or Rye Flour and this flour made a difference.
