I've taken tons of supplements from the cheapo things to the real deal with needles. This product is truly incredible and is the closest thing to the "real deal" that I have ever tried. I had hormones thrown out of whack from the hardcore options out there because its difficult being perfect with those. This product felt clean and had amazing results. It actually got me back to normal hormone levels the first time I tried it about 2 years ago!! I have no side effects. 10/10 recommend if you're looking to get past that plateau. I don't follow the directions perfectly on the bottle but I make sure I take 3 pills a day and consistently take it. Days off from the gym, take it. An hour before the gym take it. forgot to take before workout? Take it after! Just keep the cycle on track and you will notice solid results. I'm an experienced worker outer person, the results didn't show until about week 3 of the 4 week bottle. It takes time to cycle into your body. Just stay consistent and you will see it. Im Running 3 months (3 bottles) and taking one month off.. Just a few days left of first bottle on this second go around. I feel like I'm 21 again. Minus some cartilage in my hips and knees.

I'm a very cautious type of person when it comes to any kind of chemicals, so I started at a third of the dose and went up to 2/3rds a month in. Even with a lower dose than recommended, you can tell the difference or at least I could. I'm 52 and I was clearly recovering faster and improving at a better rate than I would have otherwise. It's 3 months on, 1 month off, so I'm halfway through my first 'off' period now and have had no side effects. It's been well worth it to me and I'm looking forward to seeing the results I'll get from the next cycle. I do have to note that I have no experience with supplements of this type, so the only thing I can compare it to is 'nothing'. But I've got no reason to switch to anything else based on what I've seen here.

Great product gave me insurance and strength in the gym! Also notice that my bad boy is extra harder specially in the morning! Highly recommend for middle age man like me!
