They have decent springs and hold the doors shut. If the paint scrapes off, they are subject to a little rust. But that's no surprise. And I'm talking surface stuff, not my old car bumper rusted out. They're holding tough so far. Installation wasn't bad.

Just what I needed for a project. Nice and long bolt.

I installed these on a storage shed door, They are solid and hold well, but a bit cumbersome to use. When pulled out of the lock position, it could use some more of a guide to keep it in position to lock open. Still, for my purpose, it's not a problem because I rarely need to open that door.

Put these on the back gates of a stake-side truck. Pins drop into a hole in the flatbed to hold the gates securely when closed. Operators thought they were a nice addition. Seem pretty sturdy. Bottom of strike pin is beveled so they slide easily into the hole. Strong spring holds the pin down when in place. There are also detents cut into the horizontal keeper pins to hold the main pin securely up when placed in the "raised" position.

These were a bit larger than I realized which was a bit funny at first, but they worked fine on our out buildings. These are strong and durable for sure. In fact they worked out better than the others we purchased locally. Easy to install in a matter of minutes. Next time I will measure instead of guesstamating.

They goid quality

For the price for two latches I would think I would have received new latches. The latches I received were used with dinged up paint and deep scratches. Not happy.

these are pretty heavy duty and you can have them hold up so you don’t have to just the spot where it’s held seems kinda thing going to use it on a trailer haven’t used it yet they’re just bigger than i thought and seem pretty good
