Reliable and comfortable – my regular choice
I’ve bought these many times now and they’ve been very reliable. They offer great protection for very heavy flow and give good peace of mind, even on the heaviest days. I really like the non-applicator SmartFit design — they’re easy to use, comfortable once in place, and discreet to carry. They expand well and feel secure without being uncomfortable. The quality is consistent, and I’ve never had issues with leaks when used correctly. The pack size is convenient and good value as well. Overall, a dependable product that I keep coming back to and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and fragrance free
These tampons fit well and offer good protection on heavy days. They're free from fragrance, which is great for sensitive skin. Easy to use and definitely a solid choice

Lilets are by far the best tampon on the market. They expand sideways which means less leaks. They're comfortable to insert and do the job they're made for. I also love that lilets have a larger range of absorbancies compared to others on the market and those heavier absorbancies are vital to me as I have PCOS and endometriosis. These are a staple for me and the only ones I will ever buy.

I LEFT ONE OF THESE IN BY ACCIDENT OVERNIGHT AND I'M NOT DEAD!! I RECOMMEND!! HOWEVER DON'T LEAVE EM IN MORE THAN 6 HOURS MAX I DON'T RECOMMEND THAT BIT!! GOOD FOR STOPPING THAT BLOOD!! GET EM
