A good natural way to help with anxiety

I think I am very sensitive to this brand. so far I have felt results from all of them. This one packs a punch and it's a bit too much for me. the product gave me the jitters, not energy. I'll stick with my coffee for that. I have to return these.

I’ve been using The Patch Brand Energy Patches, and they have been fantastic for giving me a steady boost throughout the day. Each patch contains a blend of caffeine, taurine, green tea extract, and vitamins B3, B5, and B6. The ingredients are simple but effective, providing a smooth energy boost without the jitters. Using these patches is very straightforward. You just peel one off the sheet and place it on a hair-free area of your body, preferably over the veins on your wrist. They stay in place all day, even through multiple hand washings, which is a big plus for me. I really like that these patches are clear and discreet—you hardly notice them on your skin. However, they do tend to leave a sticky residue when you remove them. A little bit of micellar water or rubbing alcohol easily takes care of that. One patch provides 10 mg of caffeine, which is enough to keep me energized without causing a crash later in the day. I appreciate that they are all-natural and don’t make me feel jittery like some other caffeine products do. I prefer this brand to The Good Patch because they are clear, smaller, and they stay on better. I also use the B12 Awake patches and the Focus Patches from this brand, and they work great too. Overall, these patches are a great alternative to energy drinks or coffee, especially for those who need a consistent energy boost throughout the day. Plus, the price point is reasonable considering the quality and the fact that you get two patches in each pack. Highly recommend these for anyone looking for a convenient and effective way to stay energized!

Unfortunately does not work for me. I tried a sleep one first, I didn’t feel any extra tired than usual but waited until I tried the energy one because that’s what I wanted the most. I put 2 on this morning before work and unfortunately did not help with any energy levels. Felt the same amount of tired as usual. Sticky enough that it does stay on well so thats why I gave 2 stars!

I really want to tell you not to buy these because they are out of stock a lot and the more people that find out about these, the more people like me are without patches. But the truth is, THEY ARE AWESOME! Have an annoying mom that is always telling you what to do at 30+ years old? Slap a patch on! Have an ogre for a boss that never has anything nice to say? Slap a patch on! While you are it, slap one on your work friends too, they don't want to deal with that monster either! Going through a stressful time, this patch will help!
