Works well, best flavor I feel is the lemon. My suggestion is to put it in your fridge if you use it for heartburn, as you can extra cooling relief that way. The texture is not overly gritty. And it’s a good price for the amount you get. (also comes fully wrapped in plastic so it doesn’t leak in the package).

My doctor suggested Mylanta for my Sulphur burps I was having as a side effect of one of my new diabetic meds. I selected the classic flavor, the citrus mint. The product works wonders to cease my side effects but the flavor is rather, well, blech. It kind of reminds me of the times you brush your teeth and have OJ but it's lemony instead of OJ. But if you ignore the flavor it does go away in a few minutes and the rapid relief from indigestion is worth it.
