I bought this ointment for small cuts and scrapes, and it works great. It really helps prevent infection and speeds up the healing process. Seriously needs to be warmed up in the hand before any will come out... That's what she said. Good stuff though. Works as intended, will stay put instead of immediately spreading out making the bandaid useless. Will last a lot longer because of these same reasons. She said.

I applied this generic triple antibiotic ointment to my foot following surgery. The ointment has facilitated wound healing and was recommended by my doctor. It did not cause any burning sensation and felt soothing upon application. The value for the price is a good bargain. Although the ointment is slightly greasy, it absorbs well.
