Great size but only sticks for 3-5 times, so if your a daily user like me, It wasn't ideal. However I bought some tens adhesive conductive gel that made them way more sticky a few dozen times now! and still haven't needed more! The glue is called "Tensive" and yes, it leaves glue some glue on you if it's a long session due to body heat warm up and the glue being Amazingly sticky! But if you are like me and have been super aggravated by these and other pads barley sticking on and only lasting less then a half dozen times, it's totally worth it and a cloth with warm water hr takes the glue off your skin easily. I've bought countless tens pads and they all fall off after only half a dozen times, some even less, so the adhesive is a good buy no matter the pads you buy. I like these for the perfect size for my thighs sciatic I have from a slipped disk, I put 4 of these across from each other and it's unbelievablely amazing for the pain! Good pads that don't fall apart like most.

These are better than average. They adhere well to the skin. Not bad coming off. Slept though the night and they stayed on.

Adhesiveness does not last. Had to switch to new pads after 2 uses. Size is great. Works well.

Bought these to use on my quadricep muscles on one leg. Using 4 at a time is a bit difficult because of the size and they overlap a little bit. However, the electrical stim inside each pad is even and it seems as if the entire surface of the pad is being activated.
