Works for me
This is the first of this style of anti-snoring device that I would consider buying again. Compared to others I've tried, it doesn't feel too bulky in the mouth. The two halves of the device clip together at the front and I was a little concerned that the protruding clip would irritate the inside of my upper lip, but it doesn't. This front clip holds the lower jaw securely in the forward/backward direction, but allows some lateral movement. For me, this small amount of movement makes my jaw feel slightly less constrained and hence it feels more comfortable than the ones I've tried that keep the jaw 'fixed'. Forward/backward adjustment is easy and once set, remains in position. Like all devices of this style, it can cause the jaw to ache for a while after use, but this soon clears and now I don't feel any discomfort. The moulding process was straightforward and I achieved a good fit first time. It may have been, luck, but the fit seems better than others I have tried. All this combines to make it more comfortable to wear and, so far, the device stays in my mouth through most nights. Cleaning is straightforward, although separating the two halves and then fitting back together can be a little fiddly. As for the performance, well for me, this device seems to work well and better than others I have tried. It has dramatically reduced my snoring and I am getting better quality sleep. My wife is also very happy, as she also now gets uninterrupted sleep! It is bit expensive for a non custom MAD and I cannot comment yet on the longevity, but for now it is a thumbs up for this device.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW
So, this is one of the most complicated reviews I have ever left on Amazon but I feel this product deserves it. Firstly, the Difiney device works brilliantly, I have tried so many anti snore devices and this is hands down the best. I moved away from it for a while and have had rubbish sleep for months. It is the right size and shape, the quality of the materials is great. It is great that it is adjustable but there is no way to lock it once you have found the right position so, while you are sleeping, it just moves back and is ineffectual. The clip at the front that means the top pallet (sp?) is removable, pinched my lip in the night, again, disrupting my sleep. My remedy for these things has been to also buy denture glue, find the right position and glue the device in place and snap off the clip at the front. While it is frustrating that this device is so nearly perfect, with these minor adjustments, it is still the best antisnore device I have used. If you have reached the point that taking 10 minutes to sort this device out is worthwhile for you, I absolutely recommend it. For context, anyone who uses SnoreScore, my average for last month was around 100, while using another anti snore mouth device. Last night it was 20 (average) and I feel more awake and refreshed than I have for months.

Very pleasantly surprised!
Just recently purchased the device and went through the instructions to mould it to my teeth, but in initial try out I found it uncomfortable to wear. However after persevering I found it fine to wear and got used the the feeling very quickly. On the first night I was going to try it, I set up my sleep talk app on my phone to record my sleep that night, but actually fell asleep before I put the device in. On waking up about 1:50 am I put the device in and went back to sleep. On checking the sleep talk app recording the next day there were 553 recordings, but 476 of the recordings were from prior to 1:50am. Of the remaining 70 odd recordings most were picking up ambient noise of my son in the next room getting up for work and me moving around in bed. Of the actual snoring recordings there were very few and of a much quieter volume. With the opportunity to adjust the device for optimum effectiveness I feel that this will really help to reduce my snoring and allow me a more restful sleep. I honestly can say, I would recommend this product as it has been the only thing that I’ve tried that actually helped.

Stops me swallowing, but great customer service
Definitely a quality item and fits really well, it is also 100% effective at stopping snoring because it stops me sleeping. In my case at least, the bottom hard plastic plate is very uncomfortable against the tongue and above all, I can’t swallow wearing it, so my mouth fills up with saliva and I choke. The company gave me a refund which I thought was very decent of them, so no complaints. It just didn't work for me and my mouth shape - funnily enough I have found one of those stretchy over the head bands works perfectly for me but not for other people, so I suppose we are all different

Takes getting used to but very effective
+ Cheaper than a custom fitted mouthpiece + very effective at reducing the volume (both in terms of sound and amount) of snoring + Easy to shape and clean - Takes some getting used to RE discomfort I bought mine several months ago but stopped after a few nights due to the discomfort it was causing me. In the end I gave up on it as it was causing me to salivate and gag, but I recently gave it another go and no such issues. The difference has been astounding. I have Sleep Cycle in my phone, an app that listens to your movements/breathing to track whether you’re in deep sleep or light sleep and wakes you up in the latter to avoid grogginess, but for a long time I would up feel barely rested when waking up, alarm or no. Since using this device consistently I find I wake up each day with notably more energy - yes I’d still like to stay in bed longer, but that’s now a comfort thing as opposed to a“just another 5 minutes of sleep” thing. If you’re a heavy snorer, and especially if you’re a heavy snorer who wakes up crank, groggy and barely rested regularly, get this. Get this and stick to it for at least a week and you should find that you get used to the device and get a good nights sleep!

Sept/24 Update: After nearly one year of use, the snoring is still gone, the device is still in excellent shape and I’ve gotten very used to wearing it at night. I run it under hot water in the morning to clean it up and then soak it in polident every few days. Now only a minor bit of jaw stiffness in the morning which passes very quickly. Initial Purchase: I bought this to eliminate some pretty severe snoring that was interrupting my wife’s sleep and my own. The good: It works! Snoring is 95% gone and I sleep right through the night. The bad: these MAD devices do cause some discomfort. This is what I experienced. I have a pretty good overbite, so your mileage may vary. I set it to +2mm when I got it. It’s a big device…..your mouth won’t close around it. Breathing through it is easy, but your mouth and tongue may get dry after wearing it for the night. The first morning my upper and lower front teeth were sore. I adjusted it from +2mm to 0mm for the next night. Teeth not sore anymore, but jaw muscle was painfully tight in the morning. I massage the jaw muscles and the pain is gone in a minute. For me, I’ll gladly trade some short term tight jaw muscles for no snoring and a full nights sleep. I’ll try a +1mm….maybe that’s the sweet spot for me. Bottom line - give yourself some time to get used to the device and experiment with the adjustment. I highly recommend this product.

I had high hopes for the Difiney Anti Snoring Devices, but unfortunately, they did not work for me at all. Not only did they fail to significantly reduce my snoring, but they also caused discomfort and pain in my gums. Wearing the device was uncomfortable, and after a few nights, I started experiencing gum pain that lingered even after I stopped using it. I followed the instructions carefully, but I still woke up multiple times during the night due to my snoring. The quality of the product felt cheap, which only added to my frustration. I expected a more effective solution based on the claims, but this device fell short of my expectations and left me with unwanted pain. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re looking for a reliable way to stop snoring.

I was not sure what to expect but I have been very happy with this purchase. I tried several anti-snoring devices in the past with limited improvement. Reading some review, I thought it could be uncomfortable but not at all, as I got used to it right away. It was very easy to fit and works well. Airflow is very good, it feels natural and no extra salivation issue. No adjustments in the settings were necessary for me and I was told there was no snoring. My sleeping has also improved as I feel more rested in the morning. Great product and it works on the first time for me.

It works mildly but ended up not working for me. The gap between the plates are quite large so my mouth was open wider than I’d like with this in. It also made my jaws hurt quite bad in the morning.

I knew after the first night this wasn't going to work for me. I'm a big guy (6'3" 240lbs) with a large mouth/jaw and usually my issue is most things are too small. This thing is enormous. You can't actually close your mouth around the front of it, causing your mouth to be open most of the night, lips stretched across the uncomfortable plastic clip on the front upper portion. Given you can't close your mouth, I'd wake up with drool spilling out of my open mouth and onto my pillowcase. I give 2 stars because it did in fact lessen my snoring. But it ironically, is this because I wasn't sleeping as much? My partner did say I snored softly a couple times but stopped. The science behind this is sound, but I woke up with sore teeth and gums, worried it will change my bite and affect my dental long term. I don't think it's a safe option, it's not a comfortable option, and for the price it should fit in your mouth better than it does. It's not ideal at all. I ordered a different one, and can say it's already better. But I've booked withy dentist to get something professionally made because I don't want to run the risk of ruining my bite. May work for you. Definitely didn't for me.
