I received the package with the cap not sealed at all. Which caused the liquid to be leaking on the whole bottle. Although it didn't loose much quantity of it, but the experience is still not pleasing. Even the bottle quality wasn't satisfying enough that I had to take out the contents and store it in a proper glass bottle with sealing cap.

From my understanding usp grade means it’s close to 100% bb. But my guess is it’s more like 50 or something because it doesn’t really burn when applied undiluted for me. Like another reviewer I decided to use it undiluted on my skin after testing and having no reaction on my leg. Applied full body and it only stings if it comes in contact with mucous membrane Personally I was desperate and put it on my face too even though not supposed to. It stings slightly there but barely 2/10 sting. Anything to stop this full body mites I did accidentally rub a little from my eyelid into my eye which burnt a lot. Quickly fixed this using an oil based cleanser (like the ones that apply as oil and then rinse off) and that seemed to help remove it (my logic was oil cleansers can remove oils and bb is oil based not watery). Maybe this will help someone else who is feeling the burn Will update if my skin gets worse but right now the crawling feeling of demodex feels way less.

I guess this product may cause burning but for me it got rid of my very dry skin and makes my skin feel so soft. It works great for biting mites that burrow ( scabies, demoted) Double bonus.

This has helped me to beat mite infestations on my skin twice now. Permethrin hardly seems to do anything anymore, but the critters haven't gotten completely immune to this stuff yet. I mix it with diatomaceous earth and grapeseed oil and apply topically from head to toe two nights in a row and then a third a week later. Be careful not to get the concentration too high, this stuff can feel like it's burning if the mix is too strong. It doesn't really burn anything, but the feeling can be intensely unpleasant for an hour or two.
