Me either until I found this. My hair turned out great and I couldn't be happier with the results! I needed more than 2 boxes, thick hair about mid back for length. I was terrified of hair breaking or just clumps falling out, nothing! No burn, no awful smell! It brought my awful colored hair down from who only knows with all the color in my it, about 5 shades lighter, another reason I needed more, I did back to back bleaching because I needed more lift. I colored it right afterwards with a Demi from Sally's Beauty. My pics are before, after the 1st bleach and the final product.
