It comes without sugar. So you will need to add sweetener.. Quality is great. Even when I flipped the bowl it didn't fall. If you follow all the pre instructions before use, this does work. Electric beater with high speed is needed. You need to chill in fridge overnight before using. My mistake was I kept in freezer that made its very hard and difficult to take out from pouch. Ice bath is must. So take a plate or bowl full of ice. (Keep extra ice in stock). Then keep the bowl of cream and then whip using beater. It took me 4-5mins to get the peaks. I used it for making icecream, cheese cake and other dessert topping. If you are willing to use it for cake frosting better go for diary free shipping cream. The soft peaks will stay longer .. This one do get you soft peaks but will become runny quickly especially in hot temperatures.

Received near expiration package, otherwise a good choice over non-dairy versions.
Out of the 6 packages ordered, 2 were near expired. It would help if such issues are carefully taken care of. Although Amazon has been a great help and did refund the corresponding amount as it's a non-refundable product. Otherwise a good product. I like to use this cream over the non-dairy creams which are so harmful to health.

The best dairy based whipping cream in the country. Ideal for ice creams & the only one I trust. My house is well stocked because I have ice cream twice daily.
