Mac Motion Comfort Leisure Accent Straw Fabric Swivel Pub Chair, Yellow (PUB-110-UPH)

I bought this chair 5 years ago and decided to leave a review. I homeschool my kids and this is my teacher chair in the classroom. It gets light usage, maybe 10 hours of sitting in per week. It has held up perfectly well, is very comfortable, stable, and I look forward to sitting in it. For reference I am not a huge person, about 5'6", 125 lbs, so I can't speak to it being a good fit/sturdy for people a lot larger. I see it as a great deal! I got the teal color and absolutely love it. I'm glad to see they still sell it.

This is the most comfortable chair I have ever had in my entire life! I am short (5’ 3”) and 76, and I finally can sit comfortably like others do! It has taken me this long to find the right chair! It swivels, it rocks a bit, it kind of hugs you (I am an ample lady....if you are, too, don’t worry, this will fit you), I just cannot say enough good things about this chair! Now I want one in each color! Hubby is 6’ 4”, and it is not a good fit for him....we could tell by looking), but he has his own comfort chair, so you big guys, hang with your Lazy Boys. What a fabulous treat this chair is! Thank you so much, Mac Comfort Chair! You made my day! It took him 2 minutes to set it up, by the way! He has been grinning ever since, and so have I!!!

I have a cook hodge podge style that ranges from mid mod to 70s funky. I saw this chair and it was on sale so why not. I love the look of it and It fits right in. Yellow would not have been my first choice but I did want something bright. Turns out the yellow works. The chair is a little on the firm side. I’m hoping that softens up. The seat is also fairly high off the floor. I haven’t quite figured out if there’s a way to lower it. The fabric is is a slightly mustard yellow and is course almost like burlap but it’s still soft and the texture works for me. I put up some pictures, excuse my mess. The pictures are there mainly to show how well the visualizer works. I’m actually kind of shocked at how spot on it is. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

When the kids got sent home due to the pandemic, I got this for my pre-teen along with a wall mount sit to stand computer setup. He’s never really done well with a standard desk setup because he has ADHD so having a desk and chair that are better suited to the way he works best just made sense. This one has turned out to be a real winner. He can sit with his legs crossed, put one knee up and rest his chin on it, flop bonelessly over the arms, or even scoot over and make room for our pet rabbit to come keep him company. I’ve even caught him curled up having a nap in it. Having sat down in it once or twice myself, I’d say it’s quite comfortable. Definitely a spot I would be happy to settle into with a good book.

I was looking for a living room chair that fit my petite frame (5'-0" ,114#). I needed one that was firm in the seat, short to the ground with a shallow seat so that my feet could reach the ground while sitting all the way back in the chair with my knees bent. I had hopes for this chair being suitable when I read the reviews that people had put them in their teenagers room. The measurements of the I received chair are: 17" from floor to top of seat cushion, 19" deep, 15" wide, with the arms 6" high. Because the arm is low, my arms are not elevated much; chair arms too high place my arms above my waist which in turn causes circulation problems. I am seriously now considering the blue chair.

I loved everything about this chair except that it broke! Comfy, perfect color, loved the rotation...but normal use made the metal ring separate from the base and attach to the metal tube of the upper chair. It is impossible to repair without the help of a welder. Return policy window was so small that I can no longer return it. Huge disappointment and waste of money!

This chair was disappointing. I had high hopes of it being my teen's new lounge chair. But it's TINY!! Like super small. I know. I should have checked measurements but I went on photos provided and man, what a disappointment.

This chair arrived in a HUGE box that wouldn't fit inside my apartment door. So I opened it outside and brought the 3 pieces inside—bottom, huge heavy chair top and post. I assembled it inside the apartment. Assembly is easy but I only gave it 4 stars because the top half is so very heavy, it is hard for a small woman for example to do by herself. Other than that this is a great chair, lots of fun to sit in and swivel about to look inside at guests or outside through the sliding glass door at the birds and squirrels. A really nice chair. Just beware, it is very heavy! Enjoy it.
