I love the SFH proteins. I use many products from SFH and highly recommend. The flavor is good. No chaulkiness. It mixes good in a mixer bottle with different liquids. It is a more expensive protein but you get what you pay for.

This is a surprisingly delicious protein powder that mixes very well. You'll need a mixer or blender. Very good on the gut - no issues whatsoever. And it's not excessively sweet or anything - very balanced. One of the highest quality protein powders I've ever used, if not the highest quality. Worth the price 100%.

Bag of powder was open inside the Amazon package with churro protein powder everywhere. This protein is delicious, that I know. But can’t return/replace so probably won’t buy it from Amazon again. No money back.

I love the SFH brand of protein. It’s the only kind without a terrible after taste! I will say the churro flavor has a slight chemical after taste when mixed with almond milk. It is excellent in iced coffee!!
