Only one star because I am not sure if I can use it or not! Ok, I am not stupid, but I have no idea what to do here! This is probably because the instruction is translated very badly from Chinese and doesn't make any sense any longer. 1. Drink water: first put mineral water no tap water; plug in the power plug after water is finished. (What does this mean?) 2. Ion oxygen enrichment function. Touch ion oxygen enrichment key (don't have any key with that name on it!) 3. Intelligent cleaning function (doesn't state what it is for, I mean you use that to clean your water or after use? If cleaning the water, before the other functions or after?) 4. Hydrogen rich magnetisation function, press the hydrogen rich magnetisation key (again, where is that function? I don't have that!) When the water is magnetised, the system will stop the hydrogen rich water to produce water (what does this mean? It doesn't make any sense!) Can anyone please explain this to me? If I don't understand that all, I will have to return it!

This is a fantastic large capacity hydrogen water generator. It’s big enough that the whole family can enjoy the benefits of drinking hydrogen water. The water genuinely tastes so much better from this machine and I am hopeful of feeling the results of drinking hydrogen water for a long time. You can choose to heat the water or have it cold and it’s very quick too and even has a self cleaning mode. It’s very good value for money, works great and looks good too. Excellent build quality

instructions are very poor, advice and fault finding are Non-existent It doesn’t advise you that the anode and cathode can build up minerals from the water used, and to clean them by emptying it of water, and pour white vinegar in until the elements are covered and leave of for half a day, wash it out and it should be good to go again. I have an E1 fault code comes up if I switch the heater on, it doesn’t heat the water any more , there’s no way to contact the manufacturers to find out what this means. But it still makes bubbles so it’s not a complete loss
