Good option
This is a great responsibility chart. I purchased the large pack but if I were to buy again I would purchase the base board and one extra behavioral packs (I just have too many action pieces to store). The kids like setting a goal and earning stars then turning the stars in for rewards. Fun for kids while teaching responsibility. The base sticks easily to the fridge with a large durable magnet and the marker has an attachment to the board.

It's really helpful. Very much recommend.
Light weight. Might feel flimsy but if it was heavy it would not hang up well. I dont love that I have to stick on alot of the images to the tiles. Same with the dots of Velcro. Do Love it has blank ones so I can customize. My son loves it. Helps get him to do things like brush his teeth. They use a star system in his class so it really complements that.

Great for strong-willed children that need encouragement.
I've been using this with my 3-year-old for a couple weeks now and it seems to be working. My son is very strong-willed like his parents, poor kid. We had been having trouble with getting him to even help clean his room, now he's cleaning his room by himself. He also has been eating a majority of his meals without any argument, which was not the case before. It was also a fight every night to get him to go to bed, now he rarely fights us and stays in bed. My son is human he's not perfect he still has his bad days where he may not get any stars, but the good ones now outnumber the bad. I tried to start out with giving him simple tasks that were easily achievable so that he could get a sense of achievement and enjoyment out of the process, that way he would be encouraged to keep trying. Before we started this process we ended up pretty much taking all of his toys out of his room because he wouldn't help clean at all, so we have been using earning back toys as the reward at the end of the day if he gets 4 stars or more. We had tried something similar without the chart months ago and it did no good he didn't care, now he is excited and encouraged by the chart. I think the key is finding out what your child cares about, what encourages them, and what do they want. Children thrive on encouragement and they need to have a sense of accomplishment.

Helps kids stay on track and correct behaviors.
Velcro can kind of wear out if used daily. Love the blank applications to fill out whatever we need. Magnets on the back are not very strong.

Great visual to help kids build confidence and achieve goals
This is a great tool to help kids and parents alike. It helps to set clear expectations and/or goals for your child and is a great way to encourage positive behavior, build confidence, and use as a part of your reward system. My almost 7 yo son loves adding stars and checking throughout the week to see how he's doing. At the end of the week he earns time for his favorite game which is tremendously motivating for him. More stars = more game time. Pros: I love that you can put more than one star in each box. It's important to acknowledge effort even if they have a hard day. We give 1-tried, 2-great job, and 3 for an outstanding job. The entire thing is magnetic so it's sturdy and stays in place well. It's visual and helps make behaviors less abstract and easy for kids to understand what's expected of them. Cons: It would be great if there were a couple more rows considering the variety of "goals" provided. There is a wide variety of "goal magnets" which is great but the images are not as inspiring as they could be. We actually use this chart with "goals" from a different chart that work better for our household. This is the only reason I gave this 4 stars in stead of 5. It helps so much if the images connect and inspire. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074G3PSCC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Overall, implementing this has drastically improved communication, behavior, confidence, and reduced conflict and stress. For anyone interested, we use Time Tokens as a physical reward so that we have something tangible to give when the stars are tallied. My son loves using it like currency. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DC6BHIM/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
