Disney Child Captain Hook Costume Size 7/8

Great costume for what was included. It does not come with any accessories, only pants, white cowl neck and robe. It is thin but allowed for layering underneath since Halloween weather is always cold.

The costume is generally adorable. But the sizing of the pants compared to the jacket is really off. My son is 4, and I ordered a Small. He’s on the thin side, but not exceedingly so. He’s normally a 5T in most brands, and elastic-waist pants in that size fit him well. The jacket fits pretty well. The sleeves are a little long, but in his belly area it’s pretty perfect. But the pants are jokingly large. Like we put them on and they fell to the floor. Luckily, I can sew, so I took them in about 5 inches in the waist, which also brought the crotch up about 3 inches. I’m not exaggerating. 5 inches in the waist and three inches in the crotch. So there is no way a kid who fit in those pants would fit in the jacket. The jacket would have come nowhere close to closing, nor would it have been long enough to look like the picture. The pants were so bad, I wondered if they sent the wrong size, but indeed, both pieces were marked as a Small. If you can’t sew fairly well, pass on this one. It’s really, really cute but will require extreme alterations. A safety pin won’t do the trick.

This costume was great for my 4 year old son. It fit him perfectly (he wears size 6 shirts and size 5 pants). He loved being Captain Hook. The only downside is the hat is not included in the costume and it is the same price as costume. I gave my son the choice between the "real" captain hook hat and another hat and he chose the other, less expensive one!

For a Disney-branded product this is INSANELY poor quality. My son has a plethora of costumes and since he is 4, I don’t get too hung up on quality, but this by far the worst costume I’ve ever purchased for him. First of all, this will definitely need to be worn over top other clothes, it’s very thin and Halloween tends to be colder than expected or will tear probably that night to due how cheap and thin this is. Next, while the robe will stay tied, nothing else stays in place as soon as your child moves, the robe (which is extremely unstructured aka floppy) will slide all over the place and the white piece will come out. It’s a mess. For this price, that shouldn’t happen. Costco has a pirate costume that is cheaper, better quality and while it’s not Captain Hook, its 100x better than this. And don’t even get me started on the hat that is supposed to do with this…

I love this costume. I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter. Size 4-6, was a little big on her, but fit well enough. It's made really well and the colors are very rich. I read on another review that they used Velcro for the jacket, so I went ahead and bought Velcro, which was a good idea because the jacket does need the Velcro to stay closed, (since it is a little big on her.) It's a great costume and the price is reasonable.

I was surprised by the poor quality of this costume. It only comes with a jacket and pants ( NO hat, socks, hook, or sword). The jacket has no Velcro or snaps to keep it closed and the belt doesn’t stay tied. Both the jacket and pants are very thin. I can’t justify spending over $20 (MAX) for this costume so i returned it.

Very cute. Runs a little small so size up but it's very nice for the price. We have a plastic hat that came with a hook that we're using that looks really cute with it

Great looking and my kid loved it

All you get is a flimsy polyester jacket with sash (which comes undone as soon as the child moves) plus the polyester pants and the white polyester neck ruffle. There is no hat, no shirt, no hook, no sword, no stockings, and no shoes - despite all these things being shown in the illustration. So the package has three things in it, and it wouldn't sell for $15 if it was illustrated accurately.

Parfait mais le fait quil viens sans chapeau et ceochet ni epee est embêtant.. surtout le maudit chapeaux difficiles a trouver ! Je lai fait maison ! Sinon costumes parfait mais prevlir ajouter un petit pince ou bouton sinkn le costume s’ouvre toujours
