Strong, long-lasting energy, intense workout formula.
It is worth the money. I have spent more money on products that were a lot weaker than this. This is a strong formula. It mixes and tastes great. I noticed a deeper mind and muscle connection during my workout. I had great energy for several hours. No jitters, so I think the caffeine is about 300mg a serving. I started with 2/3 of a serving, and now I take the full scoop.

Clumpy, bad product
The powder was completely clumpy and a lot of it was rock solid in the bottom of the container. Also there was no scooper in the container whatsoever. There are definitely better pre-workouts out there.

Great flavor!
I have tried a few different flavors of Insane Labz pre workout. This one by far is the best. The Cherry limeade has the perfect combination of both flavors. The powder mixes well with cold water. The powder gives me a great boost with a good amount of tingling.

Always Check the Expiration Date
I just received my product today, 07/11/2025. The Expiration date is December 2025 I received the same product yesterday for a different flavor, 07/10/2025 - Expiration Date March 2027. There was no way for me to replace this!

Thumps down
This pre workout really sucks. I bought this because they’re was so much hype about it how insane it is but really I don’t feel anything. I’m someone who is use to high dose of caffeine and I love my pre to make me feel a rush and the tingles. But this product disappoint me.

Wake up
For me this pre-workout is the real real deal. I wake up at 3 AM at the gym by 330am and with this pre-workout I’m a BEAST by 4 AM. IN THE GYM

Causes Diarrhea
I'm torn on this stuff. It works, I like the effect and I do get better workouts from it, but two hours after I take it I usually end up with diarrhea. Also, despite the desiccant in the container, even when I keep it sealed up as tight as can be, moisture always seems to make the product get crunchy and gross - it doesn't stay powdery.
