Pro Series Moda LED (5X Diopter) Magnifying Lamp with Large Glass 5.5" Width and Touch Control Brightening Adjustment System

I have been an esthetician for over 15 years. This is the best diopter mag light I've ever used. It won't tip over, it stays where you bend it to, to hover over the face without tipping over or moving. I've seen colleagues use rubber bands to hold the swing arm steady, no kidding. Anyhoo, I feel as if I'll never, ever need to buy another one:)

My wife is legally blind but with this light she is able to sew and read some materials. The bad was I had to go purchase bolts and washers to attach the bottom as they were missing. The item was obviously a return that had been opened. Would buy again, my wife loves it. It is very heavy which is a good thing.

I love it! I can put the light down right over my work and when I need to I can use the magnifying glass! Now my husband asks to us it too. It is a great addition to our living room.

I’ve had this item for two an a half months and the magnifying light has already come apart. Not happy because I’m an electroligist and the light almost hit my client in the face. Also, the buttons to dim or brighten are at the bottom right where my chin hits them and it’s difficult to work with the lights changing.

Omg, I love this thing. It was easy to put together, with simple instructions and a they included a hex wrench in the right size to attach the pole to the base. The magnification area is really big and great for my finer arts and crafts work. You can adjust the light for brightness as well as warmth. The base is really heavy/sturdy so it doesn't tip over when I adjust the angle like my old magnification light did, and the base is on wheels so you can move it around the room. The light pole and base piece can be separated if you need to in order to carry it upstairs, but the one downside of this is that you have to be careful when rolling it, or you might wind up with just the top portion in your hand. And this is the one design improvement that I would suggest: to make it so there is some sort of clasp that needs to release to separate the two. I also like that the cord is only on the top portion, which makes it easy for me to keep it out of reach of my rabbit, who likes to chew cords.
