Product is easy to use and is one of the few brands that provide ease of use and flexibility of service. Various drying cycles and preset timers allow quick and flexible drying settings. Extremely happy as far as ease of use is concerned. Main disappointment is the reliability of the product and even pathetic service. Exactly 13 months into service, the belt gave way and it's been more than 3 weeks, Electrolux does not have a spare belt to replace / fix the issue. Customer service line is helpful but completely useless as the on-ground technicians won't either respond on time or follow up properly to fix the issue. One has to frequently call and remind them to do their job. I was told that the machine belt spares are not available and needs to be procured from Mumbai. It's been 2 weeks and still counting for the belt to be received at the service center. Anyone buying Electrolux is upon his own risk. You never know when this product will break down and given the kind of service being meted out, cannot rely on this product. Better options: Bosch condenser dryer or even cheaper alternative would be a low capacity (5 Kg) dryer from IFB.

At first i was Quite confused for purchasing dryer -to go with a 2 in 1 washer / Dryer machine - - or to go with a standalone dryer only. As with two machines you can perform two activities simultaneously so i planned for this purchase. While purchasing this dryer i got influenced with various commercial shops who were using Electrolux Dryer only. So finally i think now i had made the right choice . Pros - Its easy to use. - Light weight - Dry clothes perfectly. - value to money Cons - if you have a designated closed room (without window) for dryer you have to take care of installation of Exhaust pipe (included with this dryer), which nobody tells you while purchasing this machine in case if you are purchasing this for first time like me.

Product is very good. Those 4 stars are for the product only. But the installation person doesn't have any idea about the machine process. He doesn't know to read what is written in the options. But telling as a company person. How Electrolux is keeping dealing with those kind of people...when we asked for the doubts that person told us to see the YouTube and know it..

Does the job well. The sensors work well The best machine in venting type driers.

Using it only during rainy season or current bill goes above roof !! But very nice dryer.. current consumption is quite similar on the higher side for any brand dryer though.

Product is of good quality & noise level is low.
