Despite showing a 50% battery level on arrival, these units barely worked and I actually started a return. My partner convinced me to give them another go and after a full recharge, performance was completely different and much better. Once properly charged, the OCOOPA Rechargeable Hand Warmers are genuinely warm and effective. They get properly toasty (though not quite as fast as advertised) and provide consistent, comfortable heat. Real-world use: On a medium-length dog walk, they provided excellent relief from Raynaud’s Phenomenon, keeping my hands warm and preventing numbness from starting at all. That is the main reason I am now very happy with (and keeping) them. These are exceptional hand warmers that provide four levels of heat over a prolonged period of time and are perfect in treating my Raynaud's Syndrome in the colder months. I had one minor issue with one hand warmer after a reasonable amount of use and Gary at Ocoopa dealts with my issue swiftly and politely being incredibly apologetic, welcome to feedback, and sorted a replacement within a matter of days. Exceptional customer service! I have also purchased some smaller hand warmers from the same brand for elderly relatives which have also received significantly positive feedback and they also find the product easy to use independently.

These get warm enough but refuse to charge on all the 5v chargers I have at home except one low power charger, and they're even fussy about which cables. The two halves also recharge at totally different speeds with one taking much longer than the other, which doesn't reassure with regards quality or durability.

These kept my fingers from falling on in the winter, they can be stuck together for one big hand warmer, or pulled apart for two smaller hand warmers for each hand. The battery life is great, but not last as long if you set them to maximum heat. I wish these were USB C, but use Micro USB B instead, and each one has to be charged separately. I love these hand warmers. They don’t reach as hot a temperature as some though once they’re on even one of the lower settings, the temperature is more than hot enough. I particularly like the fact that they can double as a powerbank with a USB outlet. I much prefer multi use items so this is great.

The product is really good, I've had other handwarmers in the past which are as durable but only a single unit so it doesnt hold enough heat to warm both your hands up at once. I saw some players using similar devices to these in a gaming tournament and when I saw the price I pulled the trigger. I've used them for a few hours now and they definitely keep both hands warm and are fun to fidget with as well. Doubling up as a power bank is a great idea but I've not used that functionality yet. The reason its not 5 stars, one of the halves of the devices button seems to have a fault, it requires a longer press than the other. One I can just tap the button with my finger and the heat setting will increase, the other this will not increase the setting and I have firmly press it in for it to register. At the moment this isn't a problem, however I am worried that with time it will degrade further and I will be unable to change the setting on this half.
