After a routine blood exam, my PCP recommended I purchase this effective supplement as my iron count was a little low.Have another appointment in 2 weeks. I hope my iron levels are back to normal. Easy on the stomach

Recommended for woman during pregnancy. It does make a difference.

No stomach upset and has B vitamins. I notice a difference when I run out or forget to take them.

It’s work!

Although the pill is big, it still pretty easy to swallow. I have low iron levels always have. I have only taken this for two weeks, but I do notice that my body does absorb the product well. I would recommend product.

The only iron supplement that I know about that is vegetable based. No constipation. I love this product.

Pills are very good and will raise your hemoglobin level my hemoglobin was at a 5.3 had to get 2 blood transfusions. For a while I didn’t want to take any medication because of constipation , but I didn’t want to keep feeling bad and low energy. So I started these pills and now my hemoglobin is at a 11.7. They taste horrible but it’s worth it the iron smell is what gets me
