It really does not as taste. It mixes well in room temp and cold water. I'm impatient so I generally just put the lid on the cup or thermos and shake it up, but it mixes well with a spoon when I include it in my milk to add protein to my cereal. I'm hypoglycemic which requires eating protein every few hours, but my medication not only filled me up, it takes my appetite, so I don't eat as much protein as I should be eating throughout the day. This was the answer I needed because the fact that it's tables, I can add it to any drink or food. I always add it to my drink when I take all my medication, cereal, grits, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, soup...

Good cost but has a small after taste i did not like and it gets really foamy

When I started using this protein at first, all seemed ok. But after a few days I began to have some unusual health problems like upset stomach, overall weakness, fatigue, itchiness so stopped taking and I seem to be ok now. I have the rest of product but will just toss it. Not sure if this product caused it or maybe from other foods. Went to my doctor as i was not feeling well and test all came back so who knows. Not saying not to buy it, just be aware that some of the product containers have shown to be defective seals, strange chemical odors per the other reviews for this product.

In a good way. The nutritional value for this product alone is worth the price. I noticed some of the other reviews talked about the foam being an issue, and it is if you pour what ever you're drinking over the the protein, however, that happens with many high-end company's products as well. What a found to be a solution is to make what ever I want to drink (smoothie, milkshake, water, milk, etc.) and then add the protein to it and mix, works wonders. Gives me the energy I need before and after a workout, while at the same time allowing me to continue to tone down. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely, especially for the beginner, who wants to enter the world of supplements, but doesn't want to break the bank. The fact that it is tasteless is a huge bonus as well, because you can add it to anything and it won't really change the flavor too much, you may notice a slight change, but nothing too bothersome. Over all, I've enjoyed using this product and will absolutely be ordering more.

I read that there was clumping but it mixed fine when I used a frother. Then at about my third use, I got something like crystallized clumps. I store it with all of my other protein and have never ran into something like this! There are a lot of tiny crystal-like clumps but then there are some really big ones like this 2-in clump when I started looking deeper into the container.

I just used this for the first time. I made Low-Carb Soul Bread, and it's amazing. The Whey Protein worked perfectly in the recipe, the bread is nice and "bready", and I can use it knowing it's a healthy product. Looking forward to my next recipe using this product. And the price compared well with other offerings. I am very pleased!
