Hailstorm took out my OEM side marker light (only the driver's side) on my 2013 BMW X5 - E70 LCI X5 xDrive 50i -. I wanted something different to replace them with. For 2013, SOME of the lights on the X5 are already LED converted (. e.g. Overhead ambient light, door ambient lighting, most cluster and console lights) including the side marker lights. A "driver" should not be needed (at least on the 2013) to prevent led "strobing". Not sure if these lights are internally modified to prevent LED strobing issues in older model cars. Installation was literally a snap; they work, look better and are a LOT CHEAPER than OEM. Longevity should not be an issue, as these lights are not always "on". Extremely pleased with the purchase! Fast shipping. OEM quality, perfect fit, easy plug and play! Took me maybe 3 minutes to get both on. They look amazing on my 2012 bmw x3! Nice way to update the look of your bimmer. I would definitely recommend or buy another pair.

I am not disappointed, but I wound say its a high quality item. My expectations weren't super high, so id did exceed them. They look good, the size is correct, and the sequential is neat and automatic. Does fit a e46 m3, but im skeptical of their longevity as they were relatively loose.

The most difficult part for me was removal of the existing lights. Broke a nail but I got them out! The install of these new lights is a pleasant & inexpensive upgrade!

Super easy install. Be easy when installing so you dont lose the metal clip on the light in the quarter panel! Looks great

Looks wise they are good, however they do not just clip in like the OEM ones without getting needle nose pliers and bending the metal tabs on both sides in. Even then, it still takes a bit of force to get them to snap in. They are not coming out, that is for sure, which brings up another point. If they do need to be taken out,loose wire etc...not sure they would come out without perhaps damaging them.

These fit great, and have proper resistance to not mess up your blinker frequency. Super stylish, pitch black in the sunlight.

Works as advertised, fits as a direct replacement for OEM. Sequential LEDs look great and will modernise your car.
