Will this 26 oz size fit in a standard cup holder?

The height is 10.5", and the diameter is 3.5". Measure your cupholder's inside diameter, and allow for height. I've had cups that fit into the holder, but become an annoyance when I shift gears.

Is the chug cap removable? Would prefer straw lid

Yes the chug cap is removable. I did the same thing for my wife, replacing chip cap with straw lid

Where is this manufactured?

It's made in China. By Chinese law, a percentage of any profits made by the manufacturing facility are paid to the CCP. The standard is 25%.

Is ice able to get through the chug cap, or does it block it?

I use my 26oz bottle every day, I fill it up with ice cubes from my fridge dispenser and it doesn’t come through the chug cap when drinking. Also, my ice will last DAYS.
