I am amazed by the quality of these chairs for the price that I paid. I got the genuine leather ones and I think they’re incredibly soft to the touch, comfortable to sit in and beautiful to look at. Plus they look terrific in my space. The swivel function is smooth and quiet. No assembly required at all. They each came completely assembled in a huge box. They aren’t huge chairs, or have foot rests that pop out like a recliner... but that is not what I wanted for my home. They happen to be the perfect size for my space. To buy this level quality of chair at a local box store would’ve cost double around here. In short; I don’t regret my purchase at all! I love my new chairs. So if you’re on the fence and you can afford the leather, I’d say go for it, I don’t think you’d regret it.

This chair was delivered today. It pops out of the box fully assembled. Just unwrap and sit down. (Do be careful with the box cutter to open, it is snug in the outer carton). This is the most comfortable chair ever. I sat down, and thought, "This beautiful chair and its comfort are worth every single penny.". I got the Navy Blue Faux Leather. It gorgeous, soft, smooth, and virtually undetectable as faux. The back cushion is so perfectly soft and supportive. The swivel is effortless and smooth. It is lower to the ground than my desk chair, which is why I needed a new chair in the first place. It is perfect for me, and I can spend long hours at my desk in comfort with this chair! I retired early six months ago, and I sure wish I did this while I was working from home. Don't hesitate to buy this chair. I am sure it is lovely in any of the color choices and the comfort cannot be beat.

This is a beautiful chair. It is faux leather but from afar looks real. The swivel mechanism works really well and it does swivel a full 360 degrees. Great value with a coupon. It is also very comfortable with a small pillow in the back

I ordered two of these CHITA swivel chairs for our living space and overall, I’m really pleased with how they look and function. They arrived fully assembled and were extremely well-packaged, just had to unbox and place them. The swivel is super smooth and they’re surprisingly comfortable with a great, modern silhouette that works beautifully in our home. The only reason I knocked off one star is due to a small quality control issue. One of the chairs arrived with the felt piece on the bottom unattached. It wasn’t a huge deal… my husband used a staple gun to secure it back into place but for the price point, I did expect a bit more attention to detail out of the box.

This chair and company deserve a review. I needed a smaller, modern looking chair comfortable enough for reading, sturdy enough to withstand Airbnb guests, and at a price I could justify the spend. These chairs are terrific. Comfortable for both my husband (6’ 3”) and myself (5’ 7”) - normal weight. The swivel mechanism is sturdy and moves nicely. The fabric color is as a nice, neutral cream white - not so white everything shows. Shipping was excellent. I ordered on Monday and had the chairs by Friday. PB and other stores are 8-16 week waiting times. Customer service is very responsive. This is a company that delivers a great experience which we all deserve when making purchases.

High-quality leather chair and very comfortable.

I am really pleasantly surprised. It comes fully assembled, in a very large box, so make sure you have help to bring it inside. Really well made, the leather is beautiful and super comfortable. The seat is quite wide and deep which is perfect for my kids to cuddle up in. Really impressed with the quality of this chair. Highly recommend

This chair exceeded my expectations in terms of quality as it is faux leather, it arrived one week earlier than expected, it is soft to the touch, the size is very good compared to other single armchairs out there, set-up was a breeze and I am definitely going to buy a second one. Absolutely love it.

Beautiful chairs. Good quality and fast shipping! We ordered these chairs on Dec 30 and they were delivered Dec 31.. on NYE! We couldn’t believe how fast it was, within 24 hrs of ordering they were sitting in our living room. The chairs are deep and comfortable, a great value for the price point.
