I needed to upgrade my airfryer from a lid fryer to a full size one. Also, needed to fix my oven as bake option wasn't working had to use convection choice only. Then along came the 9 in 1 NINJA AirFryer perfect replacement for both my needs plus added benefits. Appreciate all the cooking features, ease in cleaning but the Flip Up feature is totally the bomb!! Easy & convenient to use ,cleanup a dream & Flip up gives me back my counter space. It looks nice, works efficiently, & totally economical beyond belief! Best $$$ ever spent for a multipurpose kitchen appliance! ❤️❤️❤️

It's a really nice product. I've been pleased with my Ninja Coffee maker and so I wanted to get this as well to replace my pot-style drawer air fryer that is OK but I would prefer a oven style door instead. We don't need to do the flipping up to save space but tested it out. It's heavier than you might think but it cools off first and lets you know when to flip it up. Not hard to do. But the most important thing is that it seems to cook food really well. We've reheated pizzas and cooked chicken nuggets and other nugget style foods.

Love it! Brought renewed and it appears to be new! I have used it every day! I've baked cookies, pizza, toasted bagels, bread you name it it cooks perfect! I would maybe buy one size bigger in height for whole chicken or large roast but right now I'm happy with what I have! Perfect for shrimp, clam strips yam fries etc. I always put foil shiny side down on my crumb tray and under air basket for things that drip easy peasy to clean! Wipe clean after every use and fold up out of the way! Just buy it you should be happy you did! I also bought the ninja cookbook for 2022-2023 very helpful!

I like the oven. Controls are easy to use. The flip-up feature is great. Air fry is just okay. Like others, I got a refurbished unit which did not include any owner's manual, or anything. But I find that, as a few others have noted, the "non-stick" sheet pan is not very good. There's nothing non-stick about it. After ONE USE, I had to wash it four times. Any oil residue just sticks to it like glue. I had to resort to Barkeepers Friend to finally get it clean. I used it again last night, but this time I lined it with foil. Still, oil seeped through, and it was very hard to clean again. For such a pricey product, the pan should be much better quality. I just found out that my trusty NordicWare quarter sheet pan easily fits inside the oven. I'll be using that from now on. At least that comes clean after one wash.

This thing is a kitchen work horse. It cooks food so fast and efficiently and evenly. By far the easiest to clean air fryer I've found AND space saving. We use it almost daily.

Been using it for almost two years. Works fantastic and is perfect to fold up and store out of the way.

I love it overall, and use it almost every day, often multiple times in a day. I don’t think I’ve turned my oven on since buying this. Problems: 1) When you flip it up, if there is any oil from what you cooked that dripped down, it will leak behind the unit causing a big mess. You MUST clean before flipping up. 2) Uneven cooking - one side gets a little more burned than the other. It’s not too bad and maybe I just got a lemon - I did get a refurbished unit. 3) The flat baking sheet is absolutely impossible to clean. I don’t even use it anymore. It has stuff caked on that cause the unit to smoke. I tried running it through the dishwasher but that stuff is stuck on for real. The basket is easier to clean and that’s what I usually use anyway. Overall though, I’m very happy I got this. I use it for so many things. I like that it has a “bake” option and that temperature goes up so high. Also, the preheating process is so fast it’s ridiculous. I would recommend this and buy it as a gift.
