Only part of the item came
It was supposed to be the bag with replacement ice packs and only the bag was delivered.

It's just the right size and keeps everything cold!
My granddaughter is a juvenile diabetic and she stores all of her medications in the pouch and takes it to school. It safely stores everything and it's small enough to fit in her book bag!

Photo is misleading
Listing photo shows both kinds of ice packs, wings and square. This only Comes with the square packs. DOES NOT COME WITH THE WING TYPE ICE PACKS! I read over this listing very carefully and in several areas it says "butterfly ice pack" so in that sense I'm disappointed. The square ice packs will fit the buzzy when folded in half but my little girls wants "wings" not doubled up thick rectangles hanging out from her buddy she uses weekly for IgG replacement infusions. The cooler back is exactly the right size to hold 1 out of box buzzy and the 2 included ice packs folded in half. Not much extra room for anything. The top of the bag in a fold over Velcro closure. I hope this will last long but being Velcro closure I'm guessing it will eventually wear out. Overall I'm disappointed, I could have purchased $1 ice pack and a $5 mini cooler instead of this $24 name branded item and saved some money & had slightly larger capacity.
