Monstrum Scout Light Mount | 45 Degree Offset | Compatible with Surefire M300/M600 Series, Streamlight Protac Series | M-LOK Compatible

Solid Budget-Friendly Option for Range Use ​I recently picked up the Monstrum Tactical 45° offset M-LOK mount for my Surefire scout-style light, and it has been a decent addition to my setup. ​Quality & Durability The mount is machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, which feels lightweight yet sturdy enough for standard range sessions. The installation process is straightforward, and the offset design does a great job of tucking the light close to the rail, freeing up space and preventing beam obstruction. ​One thing to note: the included screws do not come with thread-locking compound. I highly recommend applying a drop of blue Loctite (or a temporary thread locker) during installation to ensure everything stays tight under vibration. While it may not be the primary choice for heavy-duty, professional, or hard-use applications, it performs well for casual shooting and hobbyist builds. Given the price point and the lifetime warranty offered by the manufacturer, it’s a functional value for the money. ​ I will continue to put this through its paces at the range and will provide an update if I notice any issues with mounting stability or hardware wear over time.

Solid mount. I'd trust it for medium-heavy use.

Product is lightweight and manufacturing feels precise and accurate. Fits perfectly using m-lock materials included. Screws will need threadlocker as they come clean. I joined this with a Rein 3.0 weapon light an while it fits there is a very small amount of play. Does not seem to affect the orientation of the light. And does not move once tightened. All mounting hardware is included. Definitely a budget friendly option to reduce weight when mounting a weapon light. 4 star only because of the small amount of play between rein 3.0 and mount.

I own several of the more expensive offset light mount brands and I have to say that the Monstrum is a perfect fit and color match to the Streamlight Protac, like it was made for it. It fits snug on the hand guard and is a an excellent match to the Cloud Defense tape switch mount. If you are running a short handguard, it sits perfectly next to the switch mount without bumping into it. It was one of those rare occasions where a bunch of different parts seamlessly worked together. Best part, the light mount is half the price of of the more expensive brands.

The mlok mount that came with my streamlight hlx did not fit the railon my radical due to too tight of an angle. This one fits like a glove and the machining quality is good.

So far the mount has been great. It’s nice and sturdy. Love the 45 degree angle.

I use this mount with a Streamlight Pro-Tac 1000 and it works perfectly. It allows me to deploy my front sight. It also mounts the light closer to the fore end without interfering with the front sight at all or sticking off the side of the gun the way a picatinny mount does. It's also WAY cheaper than the well known Scout Mount for Streamlight.

Perfect just what I was looking for.
