I couldn’t be more happy with a feeder than I am with this one. I found it on Amazon a few weeks ago and I knew Prime week was coming up, so I put it in my cart. It came up for a fantastic price during Prime week, so I went ahead and bought it. First of all, the setup was really simple. Put 3 D sized batteries in the bottom in case of a power outage. Anyway, pairing the feeder to the PETLIBRO app was also easy to do. I can monitor feeding times or even use the “Feed Now” function and tell the app how much food I want to drop into the dish. It’s very well constructed and quite sturdy. It can hold an entire bag of cat food, though I only used half a bag. The functionality of this product is impressive. I recommend ordering some desiccant bags from this products manufacturer as they should probably be replaced every few weeks to keep moisture out of the cat food. The unit came with 1 for initial setup. Within the app, you can even have voice communication with your cat when you’re not home at feeding time. A two way microphone, if you will. Overall, an excellent product and a fantastic price during Prime Week. I highly recommend this product especially if you’re going away for a weekend, or work long hours. ***Side note, you will be probably want to have an SD card laying around or just buy one on Amazon. If you put an SD card in it, you can record video, depending on how you’ve done your settings. Mine will automatically record 30 seconds when a scheduled feeding happens, or a manual feeding, or when the cat triggers the motion activation on the camera. This automatic Feeder is awesome. First, very easy to set up and get it operational... Second, the cloud services are worth the price given what I needed at the time (I did have a difficult time getting the SD Card to work) as I required access to the camera and recordings remotely. Now the story of why this feeder will go down as the best thing we've ever purchased for our animals. Our cat, a 12 weeks old playful tabby named Mango, ran away 3 days after we received the PETLIBRO feeder and unfortunately we had to leave our house for 8 days for a family emergency. So, we were not able to stick around and put food out while we "hoped" that he would return. Enter the PETLIBRO. I placed the feeder outside on our deck and scheduled the feeder to dispense food twice a day. I started with 2/12 of a cup per feeding as I did not want to overflow the bowl within the first several days and with the live camera feed, I was able to monitor the amount in the bowl and stop feedings as needed - great feature BTW. Low and behold, he returned 14 days later on Christmas day evening (video included) as I was notified by an alert on my phone. From that point forward he would return every night at the scheduled feeding time. I believe he heard the feeder dispense the food and that trigger him to come out of hiding (we have several foxes running around). We were not able to return home for several more days so the entire family couldn't wait each night to get the alert that Mango was back for more food and we all gathered around my phone to watch him walk around and eat. We when returned home the entire family set Operation Recover Mango in motion and used the PETLIBRO to alert us when he arrived - we set it up to feed 1/12 cup every two minutes and monitoring the camera during the 15 minute timeframe he typically came to feed. Needless to say it was a success and Mango is back home in his comfy cat bed. I'm surprised at how much food is kept fresh in its reservoir as it did last our entire trip (8 days). Its also very sturdy as it endured severe weather for over 10 days; multiple below 17 degree days, rain, snow, and high winds! It is now back inside and Mango comes running when the feeder starts to dispense food. Will go down in family pet history as a magical. Thank you PETLIBRO!

This automatic feeder has been super useful for my dog, who eats twice a day along with a small late snack at night. I love that you can get precise with the food portions and pace the feedings as you see fit. It’s kinda loud when it’s churning out the kibble which sometimes freaks my dog out, so one star off for that. I bought the stainless steel slow feeder attachment and it’s very high quality stainless steel. Its funny that you can speak to your pets remotely though the machine but I can’t recommend it for all dogs or cats. I tried talking to him one night while I was out with friends and I think we really spooked him haha, not doing that again! But overall it’s a great relief to know he’s getting fed at the same time every day. Now when I say din dinz he looks over to the machine and starts wagging his deal like mad :)

I bought this for my cats and have been using it for a couple of weeks. So far I am loving it! I’ve had other auto feeders before, but this one just takes it to the next level. First of all I love the ability to connect it to my phone through WiFi, to be notified of feeding, look through the built in camera to see how my cat is eating, speak with my pets using the built in mic, and get notified on sound detections, food jam etc. I won’t ever fear if my feeder stops working while I am on vacation. It looks sleek with built quality as well, having a see through front to easily track how much food is left and when to fill it up. I would definitely recommend this, as a quality reliable feeder and as well as an additional camera and meal tracker.

We purchased this to feed our pet during a short absence. * First week of operation and it is looking like it may fit our needs. Our cat can tell when it’s meal time and will stand by the unit and wait for meal dispensing. If the food isn’t on time, by his estimation, he comes and lets me know. * We like the white color. * Based on some review comments, I’m concerned with Wi-Fi signal drop outs. I have the unit located very near our Wi-Fi router. I had located the unit 2 rooms away initially. When I relocated the unit the to the same room as the router, the signal indicator changed from 2/5 yellow segments to 4/5 green segments (when viewed from our router web page). No drop outs yet. * Little assembly required. * We use small uniform sized food pellets and the dispersed portions seem to be uniform. * Our feeder hold 5 liters of food. This seems to be more than enough food storage. * No moisture issues so far. * I have installed a 64 gig SD card along with 3 D size batteries in the bottom. Do this first. * The videos stored on the SD card are clear and available on request thru the app on my iPhone. There is a delay, but it works. I can see online at anytime the amount of food remaining in the bowl. * Night vision works good. * The camera and video retrieval works much like our doorbell camera. * The SD card can be formatted with the app. Videos can be selectively deleted. It’s a little tiresome reselecting SD Card to view stored videos. You can tell the manufacturer clearly wants to sell the online storage feature. It may be nice and faster viewing, but I don’t need the online storage ability. * I have 2 feeding times scheduled along with amounts. This can be modified remotely. * Portions can be adjusted in 20cc increments. (we chose cc’s for food measurements. 1 cc = 1 ml) * I can trigger online additional unscheduled and selectable size portions of food to be dispensed at anytime. * We removed the stainless steel bowl since it seems to frighten our cat. * I like the level indicator window that will let me know food level at a glance. * It connected to the 5GHz Wi-Fi band upon initial configuration, which seems to be least desirable of the bands when considering Wi-Fi signal drop outs. * I’m working thru the process of moving it to the what seems to be the more robust 2.4 GHz band of the router. First I need to separate the two bands in my routerby changing the SSID for the 5 GHz band in my router then re-log on. Working……

We wanted a feeder we could actually talk into and have a camera since we have another cat who is an opportunistic eater. At first we just had it on the ground but I didn’t like how low my cat was eating so I got a little elevated “table” so he wasn’t so down low. It’s easy to clean and easy to fill up. I’m so glad it has the lock button because my cat has figured out that the dispense button makes a sound so he tries to feed himself but it won’t let him and I love that. The app is super easy to use, you can customize the feeder name and the feed call sound. I measured how much it dispenses at a time in a 1/4 cup and that determined how much I wanted it to dispense. I love that the bowl is metal too so it’s more hygienic- had this feeder for a year now and hasn’t failed us!

I absolutely love this thing. I work in surgery with long hours and I needed something to ensure a consistent schedule for my 3 mo old kitten. I can set a a small scoop that's small enough for my kitten. I will say in the specs it never discusses what a serving is. So here's the breakdown. It serves in 1/12 of a cup which fills a sauce ramekin if that helps. So if you want more than that, you set it to 2, 3, 4 and so forth. It allows for customized meal calls. Filling the feeder is super easy and holds a lot considering it's compact size. I personally think their descicant bags are expensive for the quantity so I've bought the generic brand to try. You can set the sensitivity for sound and motion. It has night vision that be set on auto or maybe manual. Idk. I use auto. Two way live video and communication via microphone so you can interact with your pet. It has a pretty wide view and I can see my kitten drinking from the matching Petlibro dockstream 2 water fountain (also a great purchase. Highly recommend) My only complaint is the constant pop up when I want to view my saved videos (micro sd required and not included btw) to subscribe and purchase their subscription service which really isnt worth it to me. There's not enough data info provided to benefit me. There's also a cloud service thing. Also pointless because I can access my feeder live and view videos pretty fast via wifi. Overall the setup was super easy and fast. No issues with the app or wifi set up. If you want to have your spouse or someone else access via the app, they have to create their own account and you go in and share device. If they try to access your account it automatically logs you out of the app. You cant be logged in at 2 places at once. That was super easy to do. No issues on my husband's end.

The package came in good condition. It is very easy to assemble as I am a single female and had no problems putting it together. You can set the times you want to feed and it does it exactly on that time. It also has a camera that you can hook your phone to which is really neat if you’re out of town.
