Good case, particularly for the price
I recently got this TPU Protective Cover Case with Kickstand for my Steam Deck, and it's like having a personal bodyguard for my gaming console. Not only does it protect my Steam Deck from any bumps and scratches, but the kickstand is also a real game-changer. I can prop it up on any flat surface and play games like a boss without having to worry about my precious Steam Deck falling over. The TPU material is tough and durable, but not so tough that it makes my Steam Deck feel like I'm holding a brick. It's like a Goldilocks situation - not too hard, not too soft, but just right. And let's be real, who doesn't love a good kickstand? It's like a built-in personal assistant that holds your Steam Deck for you so you can game on without a care in the world.

Best bang for your buck
Great value. I spent less than $10 for this case and was surprised at the quality. Fit nice and tight on my steam deck and feels more grippy and safe. Costs less than others on Amazon,

Too tight and not easily removable.
This protective cover seems durable enough and looks to be providing decent protection. In general it feels good to play in the hand, at least in terms of where the palms and thumbs are active. There are several things I'm unhappy with, though. First of all, it juts out in a weird way around where the shoulder buttons are and so it's kind of cumbersome when trying to hit R1 and L1.My main gripe is with how tight it is. It's a very tight fit. The plastic is also very hard. I found it extremely difficult to remove the case. That is not good, in my opinion. No case should be permanent. There are plenty of valid reasons why one would want to remove a case, so making it very difficult to do so is not good at all.

Too tight
The media could not be loaded. Case does not fit properly causing the volume down button to be constantly depressed. See video, as soon as I let go of the volume up button the volume goes back down without me pressing it.

Don't buy a cheap case for expensive electronics
If you spent hundreds on a steam deck, protect it with a good case. I would not recommend this one as there are some major problems. The texture on the grips is very smooth and slippery feeling. The stand does not feel stable or safe. There aren't any standoffs of the back of button covers, meaning you have to press very firmly on the buttons. More of a minor issue, but the stickers did not fit well and we didn't even end up trying to put them on as we didn't want to have to remove them. Invest in something else to protect your deck.

Good case that adds a kick stand.
I actually "bought" this product on accident. There were two items on the listing. A carrying case like the one that comes with the steam deck and this hard-shell cover. That being said, it doesn't add much bulk and makes it easier to grip the steam deck. It also adds a kick stand, which is the only part where a bit of bulk is added to the steam deck. It comes with some pads to put on the back buttons and touch pads. I opted out of using those.I used the case for a week with the steam deck and then took it off. I immediately noticed that the steam deck felt more slippery and not as comfortable to hold. I also missed the kick stand. It still barely fits the the included steam deck carrying case and the carrying case that they sell with the cover on, even though the kick stand adds bulk. The only thing I would complain about is that if you play fighting games, it a bit awkward to press multiple of the ABXY buttons on the right because of the bump added by the case. All in all a great case for the price.

Doesn’t fit well
This doesn’t fit a steam deck well. It presses the volume down button constantly and the plastic itself is very slick with no grip. Spend a little more for something of higher quality that actually fits your expensive handheld investment

Surprisingly comfortable
I really enjoy this case vs the other two I currently own. so far I'm really enjoying the kickstand feature when I want to put down my steam deck on tabletop mode instead of laying it down or finding support for the back. i love that the covers' buttons remain tactile and do not feel squishy after putting on my steam deck.
