Direct replacement for home 110V air compressor pressure switch LF10-4H. Transferred the old fittings to the new one, now up and running. I took photos of the old one before removing, both wires and fittings., labeled power in and power out, makes replacement easier.

I have a Craftsman Industrial pancake compressor that is at least thirty years old. It is a 120 psi 4 gal. 1.5 horse, 4.6 CFM @ 90 psi. I had a pesky leak and put a new relief valve which turned out to be faulty right out of Lowe’s. In my infinite desire to take things apart, I dismounted the pressure limit switch. As you could guess, I had springs and parts bouncing, grr. 2 days of figuring out how it was originally put together and remount I succeeded on the first part but failed on the second as it kept popping apart. Moral of the story there is Don’t take out the pressure switch off of the manifold!!I The original Craftsman switch was discontinued years ago so I scoured the internet for a replacement.. This unit was the closest I could find to original. It looked like the Same unit but with a different orientation of the manifold,(part where all the air fittings screw in). Because of that, I had to put the pressure relief valve on opposite side and the switch orientation was changed as well. In order the dismount and remount old to new, I had to take the case apart and dismount the compressor motor and set to the side to make room to install. Got it all back together and it works perfect! Great price! Just be aware it is not “plug and play” but if you have any mechanical aptitude you can figure out your application if your original part is discontinued!
