You need to use this for longer than just three months
The biggest mistake people make with supplementation these days if they don’t give it time to get into the system. Ashwagandha is an amazing product but like anything else it needs time to get into the system to work and you will see the benefits. Sleep and energy and mood have been increased massively since taking this. Amazing products and works very well

hard to tell if making a difference unless get bloods tested regularly
Honestly not noticed any difference after a couple of weeks, but won’t until I get my bloods checked at quarterly Doctor’s review.
