I really bought these drops to try as a last resort, expecting them not to help and me making that horrible decision to have to put our nearly 7 year old believed to be a maltipoo to sleep. He is a rescue, almost certainly puppy farm with from birth double hip dysplasia, under bite, plus trachea & larynx issues leaving him breathless, hacking, wheezing, retching when excited or stressed exhaling, and very recently unable to eat properly, sleep well or walk or play without lying down exhausted. His fun spark had left the building he looked so sad, and was mostly lying down looking miserable and us worried sick. We are only on day 2 using the drops and already he is eating, not only sleeping but snoring breathing fully in and out spread out on his back. He brought me a toy, and trotted outside like he did a few weeks ago, no symptoms showing at all. It is less hot and humid here today, but I'm sure this change is down to the drops there has been no other change in routine. I really hope these continue to help him so he can eat and put the lost weight back on he's lost from the last few weeks then gets to live longer happily as he is such a sweetheart, loving, cheeky and brings so much joy. Hopefully I dont have to call the vet which I really thought I would be this week🤞Angus is fussy and refuses to open his mouth normally taking meds or worming drops but I put the 8 drops needed for his 8kg weight into a syringe and put directly into his mouth without fuss. Some people say they could not use them because the writing was to small on the bottle for directions. It does say clearly in the listing. 1 drop per kg of dog. Defo worth a try, they seem to be giving him some quality relief.

Brought this item for my Chihuahua ,she is very tiny so only needs a drop at a time. She is also very fussy so I hide it in her food or treat, it's a bit of an effort to get her to take it but I make a game of it in the end I normally win. After a few days her cough improved, she hardly coughs at all now. Great item.

Amazing Have used on a Mastiff in the past plus Boston Terrier and also Pugs. Give a chance to work though you can’t expect it to work after a day which some seem to think. Improves over a few days.

Cleared cough up within 2 days. Easy to administer into the mouth as my dog isn't good with pills or things put onto food. Saved an expensive trip to the vets! Would recommend

I purchased this in good faith as is a natural compound and better for our animals. On further research with the herbs used in this,to my annoyance I have seen that Coltsfoot,long term can affect the liver,so if you have any animals using this product, please don't! I have been in contact with pets purest directly, they sent me a reply yesterday saying "Coltsfoot does naturally contain compounds that can be harmful to the liver in larger quantities or with prolonged use. Because of this, we wouldn’t recommend extended or regular use of products containing coltsfoot for dogs with existing liver concerns. That said, if your dog has only had the cough medication for a short period (such as around a week), we wouldn’t be overly concerned. The potential risks are generally associated with larger amounts or long-term exposure. As we’re not veterinary professionals, we’re unfortunately unable to provide specific medical advice. For tailored guidance based on your dog’s individual condition, we would always recommend speaking with your vet, who will be best placed to advise on what is safe and suitable. My dog had kennel cough. She didnt like the taste of the drops, but she is very fussy. I didn't give her it everyday as she was refusing it, however, it cleared up quite quickly and I do think this contributed to her recovery. Thank you.
