This book is well written and has very useful tips to help my on my journey using the machine.

A reasonable book for the price. Only 48 pages but lots of info for such a slim book. Bizarre layout though. The beginners instructions are at the back - the very first page is a project, with no explanation as to how to set up or start. I thought I'd bought the wrong book, til I flicked to the back pages! Surely it makes more sense to put the instructions at the start of a book?! Good range of projects - 18 in all, plus some brief suggestions for lettering. Would be a good book for someone curious about trying the craft to see if they liked it, but for anyone serious about pyrography, I recommend Simon Esston's books: his personable style and excellent beginners' guides are for more encouraging.

Informative but very basic. Seems to be targeting the beginners in our midst. The title leads us to expect impressive content.
